The capstone project aims at exposing the students to advanced topics in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. The process involves solving a problem or with meeting a challenge in the industry. Students haveto choose any area of interest to them - either from their own current employer or of a wider problem in the industry and suggest how they will use the knowledge gained during the class room sessions to address the problem. Students will be doing the capstone under a faculty guide.
The pedagogy has been designed keeping in mind the schedule of the participants. The pedagogy will include class room studies, group and individual assignments, presentations and case study. Projects will be used to involve participants in an active discussion on economic concepts. Participants will work together in groups. Groups will be an important part of the learning experience.
As a rule, each day will consist of a grounding on the theoretical concepts led by the instructor and followed by discussion, including cases and news articles relevant to the matter being discussed.
Participants will be expected to complete their suggested readings before they come to the class to make it more interesting.

He has authored three titles – Supply Chain Management: Concepts and Cases; Enterprise-wide Resource Planning: Theory and Practice (Prentice-Hall of India), and Production Management (Jaico Publishing House).
